Senior Designer

This is a full time, salaried, designer position where you'll work on all facets of interactive marketing concepts and executions.
This position is responsible for establishing a projects conceptual and stylistic direction. They are also expected to make sure this direction is followed and properly implemented across all project phases.
Some Responsibilities Include:- Conceptualize ideas from scratch
- Communicate concepts and bring them to life through hands-on design and production
- Specify creative detail including layout, typestyle, photography and illustration
- Execute projects by designing, photo art directing and overseeing production details
- Work collaboratively to organize and plan creative specifications for multiple projects
- Make decisions required to keep projects on time and within budget
- Seek, understand, and incorporate latest industry and design trends
Minimum Requirements:- Four year college degree and/or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of PC (and MAC) computer programs consisting primarily of the Adobe Application Suite.
- Interpersonal savvy and listening skills.
- Ability to give and take direction.
- Ability to take and respond to feedback gracefully.
