New Business Manager

The New Business Manager is responsible for seeking business opportunities, developing proposals, and marketing the firm's services.
Some responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the success of Antidote X by achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Participate with project manager in formulation of sales strategies for setting and achieving revenue goals.
- Prepare and present stratgic solution proposals to existing and prospective clients.
- Prospect and network to generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop strong interpersonal relationships with existing clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop innovative and flexible strategies.
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales with proven track record.
- Ability to develop and maintaint strong interpersonal relationships with clients.
- Motivated, organized, mature self-starter with excellent communication and people skills.
- Innovative, energetic and enthusiastic approach in achieving sales objectives.
- Ability to quickly assimilate and apply innovative sales processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
