The New Business Manager is responsible for seeking business opportunities, developing proposals, and marketing the firm's services.

Some responsibilities include:
  • Contribute to the success of Antidote X by achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Participate with project manager in formulation of sales strategies for setting and achieving revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present stratgic solution proposals to existing and prospective clients.
  • Prospect and network to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with existing clients.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop innovative and flexible strategies.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales with proven track record.
  • Ability to develop and maintaint strong interpersonal relationships with clients.
  • Motivated, organized, mature self-starter with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Innovative, energetic and enthusiastic approach in achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and apply innovative sales processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
