This is a full time, salaried, web developer position where you'll work on client and server side programming of complex web sites.
This position is responsible for the design and development of database solutions to meet functional requirements. They are expected to provide full life cycle support from development of technical requirements to testing. They are also responsible for researching and developing innovative solutions to deliver required functionality in a timely fashion using industry best practices.
Some Responsibilities Include: - Works collaboratively on creative marketing solutions that leverage technology
- Stays current with the latest industry, technology, and marketing trends
- Production and optimization of graphics for web and digital displays
- Front-end interface development and production
- Back-end development / Application architecture & programming
- Database design & maintenance
Required Skills: - Four year college degree and/or equivalent experience
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge programming languages: C#.NET & VB.NET, XML, HTML, CSS, & JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2000 - 2008
- Ability to understand direction and independently perform all duties efficiently and effectively
- Interpersonal savvy and communication skills
Additional Desired Skills: - Knowledge of Flash and/or Flex and Actionscript 2 or 3
- Programming languages (PHP, JSP, AJAX, etc)
- Design skill with graphic software (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Knowledge of information architecture methods
- Knowledge of GUI usability standards and testing methods
