The project manager is responsible for coordinating multiple projects, working with the entire team. This includes leading the planning and the development of all project deliverables, timeline and budget and all project management procedures.

Some responsibilities include:
  • Integrate the actions and deliverables of technical and creative resources.
  • Track project plans.
  • Facilitate status updates.
  • Log issues and escalate as needed.
  • Develop procedures to ensure effective achievement of objectives that may impact business operations.
  • Maintain capacity planning of all resources associated with the projects.
  • Communicate timelines and information across multiple projects and resources.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
  • Strong experience in working successfully with aggressive timelines, balancing multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in an extremely aggressive and high volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and successfully communicate with internal and external personnel at senior and mid-level management.
  • Ability to shift priorities and continuously re-prioritize based upon business requirements.
  • Proficient with MS office tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
